Romans 1:24

24 Therefore s God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to t the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves,

26 For this reason w God gave them up to x dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature;

28 And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, z God gave them up to a a debased mind to do b what ought not to be done.

7 What then? p Israel failed to obtain what it was seeking. The elect obtained it, but the rest q were hardened, 8 as it is written,

r “God gave them a spirit of stupor,
s eyes that would not see
and ears that would not hear,
down to this very day.”
